We just wanted to thank you for making a fabulous cake for our wedding in September. It looked beautiful, and everyone was commenting on how delicious it was! I can\'t even begin to tell you how thrilled we are to be working with you. We just could not find a cake company that we were happy with. For us, it \'s not just about the cake. We wanted someone who was going to WOW us and you did just that. When we left your office this afternoon my daughter looked over at me and said, \'She is the fire I needed Mom. I am so glad we are going with her. I wanted someone to tell me whether something would look good and suggest options when I described the look I was going for.\'

My daughter loved the personal attention you gave her. She is a strong advocate of customer service and feels that if someone is paying for a service then they should be treated in an extra special way. She actually gets mad at the sales clerks if they treat her poorly and will not buy even if she is getting a great deal. There is so much competition out there you would think that customer service would be a top priority. But honestly, the customer service out there is zip and does not even come close to the extraordinary way you treat your customers.

I will get back to you about a cake for the shower. Another thing, on Michelle\'s cake order I think we forgot to mention to put the crystal sugar on the petals. If you could add that to the order I would be most appreciative.
